Prep
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
- Whisk together cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, sour cream, and garlic powder until smooth.
Assemble and bake
- Combine cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, soup mixture, green chiles, bacon, bell pepper, and onion; toss to coat and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared dish and top with the cheese blend.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350°F until bubbly and cheese is golden.

Notes
For the creamiest casserole, use shredded chicken that’s fully cooked and not watery, and make sure the cheese is evenly distributed so it melts into a golden crust. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days; reheat in the oven or microwave until hot. Freezing is not recommended because sour-cream-based casseroles can separate when thawed. For a lighter option, swap sour cream with plain Greek yogurt for a similar tang.
