Ingredients

Golden Oreo crust
  • 24 Golden Oreos
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter Melted for binding the crust.
Ice cream layer
  • 1 qt vanilla bean ice cream Softened for easy spreading.
Topping
  • 1.5 cup whipped cream Or whipped topping.
  • 0.5 cup caramel sauce
  • 0.25 cup Golden Oreos Crushed for scattering on top.
  • 0.25 sprinkles Optional for extra crunch and color.

Equipment

  • 1 sheet pan

Method

Make the crust
  1. Combine crushed Golden Oreos and melted unsalted butter, then press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish covering the bottom and up the sides. Chill in the freezer for 15 minutes until set.
Assemble and freeze
  1. Spread softened vanilla bean ice cream over the crust in an even layer, smoothing the top for a flat surface. Freeze for 4 hours until completely firm.
Top and finish
  1. Top the frozen pie with whipped cream and drizzle caramel sauce decoratively for a ribbon effect. Scatter crushed Golden Oreos and sprinkles over the top.
Serve
  1. Return the pie to the freezer until serving, then let it sit for 5 minutes before slicing for cleaner cuts.

Notes

Pro tip: press the crust firmly with the bottom of a measuring cup so it holds together when sliced. Store covered in the freezer up to 1 week; freezing is yes—freeze leftovers again after serving. For a lighter option, use light whipped topping and a reduced-fat vanilla ice cream to cut calories while keeping the no-bake texture.
