Ingredients
  

Sirloin steak and vegetables
  • 1.5 lb sirloin steak Sliced thin.
  • 2 bell peppers Sliced.
  • 1 onion Sliced.
  • 2 cup corn kernels
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 clove garlic Minced.
  • salt and pepper to taste To taste.
  • green onions For garnish.

Method
 

Griddle and sear the steak
  1. Heat the Blackstone griddle to high heat and add the oil.
  2. Season the steak with salt and pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes until seared, then set aside.
Stir-fry the vegetables
  1. Add the peppers and onions to the griddle and cook for 5-6 minutes until softened, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add the corn and garlic and cook for another 2 minutes, until fragrant and heated through.
Sauce, toss, and serve
  1. Combine the soy sauce, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar, then pour the mixture over the vegetables.
  2. Return the steak to the griddle, toss everything together for 2-3 minutes, and garnish with green onions.

Notes

For the best sear, pat the steak dry and keep the griddle at high heat before adding it. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; reheat in a hot skillet or on the griddle until steaming. Freezing isn’t recommended for best texture of peppers and corn. If you want less sugar, reduce the brown sugar to 1 tbsp while keeping the rest of the sauce the same.
